Overall it was okay, but the flour came out warmer than I was expecting. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed and would’ve preferred it to be a little cooler.

I just needed one simple replacement part for this mill, and of course it’s never available when I actually need it. For something this expensive, that’s absurd. I’m not asking for a rocket engine here, just a basic part so I can keep using the thing. Super annoying and way more frustrating than it should be.

The mill does the job okay, but the hopper size is kind of a letdown. I find myself stopping to refill it way more often than I expected, especially if I’m milling enough flour for a couple of loaves. It gets "annoying" quickly. For the price, I thought it would hold more grain. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it’s great if you’re doing bigger batches

I wanted to use this in the mornings, but... it’s just too noisy. It works, I guess, but the sound is a lot louder than I expected, so I end up avoiding it when everyone’s still asleep

I really wanted to like my Mockmill, but the design has been kind of frustrating. It’s bulkier than I expected and takes up more counter space than I really want to give it. The opening and controls also aren’t very intuitive, so using it feels like more effort than it should. I bought a mockmill after seeing so many positive comments about it. And yeah, it works. No real complaints there. The flour comes out nice, and the machine feels sturdy. Solid, actually. But the price. That’s where I keep getting stuck. Once you add shipping, possible extras, replacement parts down the line… it starts feeling like a lot. More than I expected. It’s not a bad product. Not at all. I just wouldn’t call it a great value. If you bake constantly, maybe it makes sense. For me, just a regular home baker, it feels a little hard to justify.

I waited several days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the messages were rude and didn’t actually solve anything. From the tone, it felt like they just wanted to brush me off rather than help.

I really thought this would get the flour a lot finer, especially for the price, but even with it dialed all the way to the tightest setting, the texture still comes out a bit gritty. I even ran the same batch through a second time and kept checking it between my fingers, hoping it would smooth out, but it barely changed. It’s especially noticeable in things like bread or pastry dough where you want that softer, more even feel. i’m disappointed.

I still remember how frustrating it felt trying to get warranty help. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and each time I had to explain everything again like I was starting over. What bothered me most was that this was something I really thought should’ve been covered without so much hassle. By the end, I just felt worn out and disappointed. I expected a much smoother experience

It works okay overall, so I can’t really complain about the actual performance. My main issue is that it takes up way more counter space than I expected. I also tried emailing customer service with a question, and the replies felt like they were coming from a robot instead of a real person, which was frustrating.

I bought this thinking I could use most of the grains I already had. Not really. Some don’t feed right. A few feel like they’re making the machine work too hard. For the price, that’s disappointing.

The box showed up completely crushed, and when I opened it, the grinder already had scratches on it. I get that shipping issues happen, but it’s really frustrating when you’re basically forced to be patient and sort out a problem you didn’t create. Not happy with this at all.

I ordered from mockmill.us figuring it would ship out in a few days, but it just kinda sat there with barely any updates. I kept checking the tracking like something would change, and most of the time it hadnt moved at all.
By the time it finally got delivered, I was already frustrated. The product itself might be totally fine, but the shipping was slow enough that I probly wouldnt order from here again.

I’ve had my mockmill for about 8 months now, it still feels really sturdy. I use it pretty much every week, and nothing has loosened up, cracked, or started feeling cheap. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars?? It’s a little louder than I expected. Still, overall I’m happy with it.

I bought this hoping for really fresh-tasting flour, but I think my timing must’ve been off because the batch I got just didn’t taste right. It came across kind of dull and a little bitter, and the bread I made turned out heavy instead of nice and light. Maybe it would’ve been better if I’d gotten a fresher batch, but for me it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I was a little disappointed with this. Compared to other products I’ve bought around the same price, this one feels noticeably flimsier. Some of the plastic parts feel loose, and overall it just comes across kind of cheap...

I don’t know if I just got unlucky, but the grind adjustment on this thing has been really frustrating. It keeps slipping on me, and every time I think I’ve finally got the flour texture right, it changes again. I feel like I’m spending more time fighting with the settings than actually using it.
